oFFERINGS

Available in-person or virtually across Aotearoa New Zealand, and beyond.

Mediation

Professional, independent support to resolve disputes efficiently.

The neutral Mediator facilitates a conversation between the people in conflict. She helps parties identify key issues, explore options for resolution, and work towards settling the dispute with a binding written agreement.

The mediation process, and everything discussed and agreed to, is confidential.

Facilitation

A structured way to address emerging disputes-in-the-making.

Major disputes sometimes begin as minor conflicts. If these can be addressed face-on, early-on, it can prevent them growing into more disruptive conflict down the track.

Facilitation offers a structured process for individuals and groups to explore emerging issues before mediation is required.

Bridging

Engage deeply with people who confound you.

Bridging sessions bring together individuals and groups divided on social, political or moral issues who want to better understand each other- rather than talking past each other.

When divisions and us/them thinking threaten the cohesion of whānau, teams or communities, bridging offers a pathway towards seeing the humanity in each other once more.
